CrazyEgg produce some great content which generates awareness about their product, however for behavioral insights and as a platform, there are far more advanced ones available in the market nowadays. Hotjar is a recognised tool for small to medium size businesses. Have you used IBM Tealeaf or ours (Decibel Insight)? We are running free trials at present to introduce you to our features.     Thanks, Andrei. We have tried most of the tools (either paid or trial versions) but have listed some of the tools based on their reputation and general feedback too. We are using some of these tools regularly for our digital marketing activities.
